            Job Description  Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way. 
Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties. 
Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed. 
Train new kitchen staff 
Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations 
Monitoring and controlling stock levels 
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. 
Cook food in a timely manner. 
Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items. 
 Requirements  Proven work experience as a Chef or cook. 
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment. 
Advanced knowledge of culinary, Leadership skills. 
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks. 
Excellent time management abilities. 
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
