Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Damper SME – Chassis Systems to lead the integration, development and technical delivery of adaptive damper hardware into a semi-active Suspension System on an exciting product. This is a customer and supplier interfacing role and will represent the team in multiple forums with the Client. Area of Responsibility Lead adaptive damper component design and development from concept to production Define damper specifications aligned with vehicle performance targets (ride, handling, NVH, durability) Own and deliver the Hardware Engineering Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams including suspension design, vehicle dynamics, electronics, and software.
