Job Description:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, dealers).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
Develop channel strategies to expand market reach and increase sales.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through channel partners.
Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Drive joint business planning and sales forecasting with key partners.
Partner Enablement
Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing support to channel partners.
Ensure partners are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge and sales techniques.
