The Channel Management Officer’s primary role is to expand our new customer client base thru partnerships with target organizations representative of our Segments (Affluent, Mid-Market, Core Mass and OF) to generate bulk leads and conversions. They will provide customer-obsessed onboarding experience thru tailor-fit financial and wealth management solutions in collaboration with internal business units.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful acquisition of new client partners, and introducing them to various BPI financial solutions and programs based on their needs;
- Ensure proper onboarding documentation that is in adherence to the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Transition acquired clients to BSC channel for onboarding, relationship management, and deepening;
