Develop, manage, and maintain partnerships in Japan, including but not limited to social media, content platforms, and affiliate marketing channels;
Identify, negotiate with, and onboard Japanese KOLs/KOCs (influencers), plan collaboration campaigns, and oversee content creation and distribution to enhance brand exposure and conversion;
Track and analyze performance data of channels and influencer collaborations, optimize strategies, and improve ROI;
Support the team in planning marketing initiatives and contribute to local content ecosystem development;
Monitor trends in Japanese social media, influencer marketing, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Language & Cultural Skills: Native-level Japanese proficiency, with excellent communication, writing, and content comprehension skills;
