Job Overview

Channel Development Manager – PUSH responsible for developing and managing route‑to‑market (RTM) channels, including SMMT and FSWS, within the assigned area. Oversees distributor management, ensuring strong partnerships and effective execution in the field. Focuses on delivering tailored solutions that address distributor and customer needs, leveraging brand portfolio strength.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and account management: conduct regular customer engagements to strengthen relationships with accounts.
• Implement contact and menu matrix across all accounts.
• Execute AVA (Availability, Visibility, Activation) principles in handled accounts.
