About the Role

The Change Specialist leads and drives complex change initiatives that support the division’s strategic objectives. The role ensures process, system, and strategic changes are implemented smoothly and effectively across all stakeholders — providers, agencies, and internal teams — by planning and executing robust change management strategies. This role is pivotal in preventing fragmentation of initiatives and aligning change activities with the overall healthcare strategy, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
