Dynamics CRM Change Manager | Sydney | Initial 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We’re partnering with a well-established Australian organisation undergoing a significant customer and operational transformation, seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Change Manager to support a major CRM rollout program.

This role is primarily focused on leading the people side of change across a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, while also contributing hands-on BA support across process mapping, requirements gathering and solution alignment.

This is a highly visible role working across business and technology teams, helping drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption and operational readiness across the full delivery lifecycle.
