Reporting to Principal Manager, this role supports change enablement and transition activities for Data and AI initiatives during the peak SSG-WSG merger period.
What you will be working on
You will support adoption and transition by:
. Supporting change management activities related to Data and AI initiatives during the merger
. Coordinating engagement sessions, briefings and clinics to support adoption of new Data and AI ways‑of‑working
. Developing and coordinating communications and enablement materials (e.g. FAQs, guides, briefings)
. Engaging stakeholders across legacy SSG and WSG teams to gather feedback and surface adoption challenges
. Supporting follow‑up on adoption issues and readiness actions during the transition period
. Consolidating engagement outcomes and feedback to inform refinements and handover to steady-state arrangements
