The Chairperson: Disciplinary and Incapacity Enquiries is expected to independently chair disciplinary and incapacity in a fair, impartial, and procedurally compliant manner, ensuring consistency of outcomes and adherence to applicable labour legislation and Massmart policies. The role is also required to safeguard organisational justice, mitigates legal & reputational risk, reduces financial exposure arising from prolonged suspension, and strengthens confidence in our Employee Relations processes.
