            Job Description Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and decision support aligned with business objectives
Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting standards as per listed entity requirements
Drive financial discipline, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital optimization
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong bookkeeping practices
Handle investor relations, board presentations, and stakeholder communication
Lead IPO readiness and execution, including financial structuring, compliance, and coordination with advisors
Liaise with auditors, regulators, bankers, and external advisors
Partner with business teams for strategic planning and growth initiatives
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
