• Supervision: MDs onsite; little to no supervision

• Daily Coverage: 18 providers

• ORs/Facilities:

  • 9 ORs

  • 2 Endo Rooms

  • 1 CV Room

  • 1 Cath Lab Room

  • 1 IR Room

• EMR: Cerner
