**QUALIFICATIONS:**

In order for a person to qualify for this position, you must have the ability to successfully perform all the following jobs safely, competently, correctly, timely, and with minimal supervision. You must also show initiative and demonstrate a desire to do your job to the best of your ability. You must be able to demonstrate competency in the use of hand tools. **Five plus years of industrial maintenance experience is required.** The below list is the minimum requirements which are subject to change as requirements change.

1. Must be able to perform the various burning and welding procedures as required.
2. Must be able to splice the various belts throughout the plant.
3. Must be able to adjust and train conveyor belts so they track properly.
4. Must be able to layout, cut, and install conveyor skirts.
5. Must be able to replace V-belts and align sheaves.
