Nemko Group AS is looking for a Certification Administrator to support our Certification team with essential administrative tasks. As our Certification Administration you will be a cetral part of our knowledgeable team of certification specialists. The position reports to the Certification Manager.
The main responsibilities of the post:
- Administrative support for surveillance programs under Nemko Group AS responsibility
- Maintenance of certification database records
- Maintenance of agreements with customers and subcontractors
- Provision of system data to support local business units
- Responsible for the filing and submission of administrative documentation
- Updating and maintenance of procedures related to the job function
- Case management and coordination of projects directly under department responsibility
- Keep updated in the actual fields of work and participate in seminars and additional training as needed.
