**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Phlebotomist IV, you will competently collect blood and other patient specimens for diagnostic testing, ensuring comfort and safety.

Every day you will

+ Identify patients, explain procedures, proficiently perform venipunctures, and accurately label/prepare specimens for laboratory analysis, adhering to safety protocols
+ Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions exactly.
+ Must demonstrate and promote teamwork.
+ Must be able to work in a calm and conscientious manner under high volume and STAT conditions.
+ Have Basic communication skills and the ability to be caring and personable with patients are mandatory.
+ Rigid accuracy in the identification of patient names and numbers and the ability to perform phlebotomy successfully using established procedures on patients of all ages are essential qualifications.
