            Responsibilities  Lead overall corporate strategy, growth, and operational execution 
Drive expansion across Southeast Asia and new market opportunities 
Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations and maintain financial licenses 
Oversee business functions including sales, operations, finance, and compliance 
Manage financial performance, budgeting, and growth metrics 
Build and maintain relationships with regulators, banks, and key partners 
Lead fundraising, investor relations, and strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A) 
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team 
 Requirements  10+ years' experience in fintech, payments, or financial services 
Proven leadership experience (CEO/COO/GM or similar) 
Well versed in regulatory frameworks and the payments ecosystem 
Experience in Southeast Asia markets and cross-border business
