            1. Centre Operations & Administration  Oversee the smooth daily operations of the preschool centre. 
Ensure compliance with ECDA, SPARK, MOH, NEA and safety regulations. 
Manage enrolment, attendance, staffing schedules and centre documentation. 
Monitor cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the centre environment. 
Handle incidents, emergencies and parent concerns professionally. 
 2. Curriculum & Programme Leadership  Guide teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programmes aligned with the EYDF/NEL framework. 
Monitor lesson plans, observations, portfolios and children’s assessments. 
Support inquiry-based and hands‑on learning experiences. 
Ensure classrooms maintain engaging learning environments and quality teaching practices.
