Due to business expansion, they are looking for a capable and experienced Central Kitchen Manager to join their team based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

• Manage the whole central kitchen operation including production, warehouse, delivery/logistics, quality control, R&D, and maintenance teams.
• Lead managers and staff to achieve company targets and improve overall performance.
• Ensure food quality and food safety are always maintained and customers receive consistent products.
• Create and improve SOPs, systems, and work processes to make operations more organized and efficient.
• Monitor costs and budgets to reduce waste and improve profitability.
