**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Drive revenue growth and market share in the Virginia market by securing new business and expanding key accounts.
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a liaison across customers, industry associations, and internal operations.
+ Develop and execute territory strategies, including pricing, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
+ Prepare bids, proposals, and contracts while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
+ Partner with operations and quality teams to deliver technical support, ensure product performance, and promote safe, compliant practices.
