Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine mammalian cell culture, including maintaining, passaging, expanding, and cryopreserving primary cell lines
  • Execute flow cytometry assays to evaluate antibody binding and immune response to modified cells
  • Support immune-based assays, including ELISA and co-culture systems (e.g., MLR assays)
  • Handle and process porcine tissue and blood samples, as well as human-derived biological materials, following BSL-2 safety standards
  • Prepare reagents, maintain lab inventory, and ensure proper lab organization and sterilization practices
  • Document experimental procedures and results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist in optimizing and refining protocols to support ongoing research and compliance needs

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field
