CEBU SALES MANAGER


Major Deliverables: 


  •  Increase and Sustainability of Cebu Branch Sales 
  •  Critical thinking pertaining to sales 
  • Creates sales report, analyze trends for sales opportunities 
  • Create action plans to address challenges
  • Streamline sales pipeline

    • Main Tasks:


  • Team Management both Field and Inside Sales
  • Create sales strategies for the Cebu Sales Team
  • Push Cebu Sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Continuously monitor daily sales and provide constant updates
  • Perform one on one coaching and feedback
  • Implement a refresher training for the Cebu Sales Team
  • Constantly look at inventory of merchandise
  • Handles his/her own clients
  • Streamline Processes
  • Accepts escalations
