The CDI Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists in the Manila office. This role ensures accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation that reflects the true severity of illness and complexity of care delivered to patients. The Team Leader serves as the primary point of escalation for clinical queries, quality reviews, and team performance, and acts as a key liaison between the Manila CDI team and onshore/offshore stakeholders.
