Koud is looking for a CCS Cloud Project Manager to work with one of our clients.
CCS stands for Contact Center Services which delivers a telephony system and add-ons services to company contact centers around the globe.
Responsibilities
Establish clear ownership of project tasks across specialist and management teams, ensuring availability of required tools, support and timely feedback to enable project success;
Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end delivery of project objectives, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and execution of design, implementation, testing and rollout activities for Contact Center Services;
Track project progress against scope, schedule and quality baselines, ensuring milestones, deadlines and budget targets are achieved;
Identify, assess and resolve project issues and risks, proactively reporting status, risks and dependencies to management and stakeholders;
