**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Systems Operations Engineer in technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). In this role you would be responsible for front line (F1) engagement in technology incidents and events impacting CCIBT, helping to ensure rapid detection, effective coordination, clear communications, and disciplined execution during incidents, major events, and high risk operational activities.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Actively engage with Major Incidents assisting with triage, stakeholder communications, and recovery activities, while ensuring high‑quality hand‑off to Problem Management
+ Help drive timely engagement of platform, infrastructure, and application teams to restore service.
