Job Summary
:Provides support under the direction of senior ES&H management for the project implementation and ongoing compliance with Core Process 109 Craft Based Leadership. Performs technical safety and health tasks, sampling, and the training required for worker (peer to peer) monitoring activities. Reports to and receives technical direction and functional supervision from the ES&H Leadership Development Lead. #LI-AM3

Major Responsibilities:
Maintains dialogue with representatives from each department within the facility to monitor compliance with the ES&H program, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintains an open forum with peers in other Bechtel facilities on ES&H matters.

Ensures compliance with and completes implementation of Core Process (CP) 109.

Attends safety orientation for new hires, project teams and clients promoting the CBL Program.
