As a compensation, benefits + payroll specialist/manager you are responsible for payroll management across all countries of the region. You supervise the external payroll provider with diligence to execute seamless monthly payroll conducting thorough compliance checks. The position operates as an independent contributor.
As the region’s specialist in terms of compensation and benefits you support the HRBPs and HRD in all matters regarding the creation, optimisation and follow up of the C&B strategy, in line with the Group’s vision and guidelines. You will be in charge of all regular and ad hoc C&B related activities and as such your contribution will be essential to maintaining Hermès Middle East position as an attractive employer in the region. You will ensure rigorous monitoring of HR data.
