About the Role
As a Telephonist at Rotorua Hospital, you are the heartbeat of our communications. Working as a casual across a rotating roster, you will manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, operate our hospital paging systems, and provide a calm and professional service to patients, visitors, clinical staff, and the wider community. This is a role where your reliability, focus, and communication skills directly support patient care every single day.
