Responsible for driving cashless payments adoption in all tenants and service delivery providers in the SM malls ecosystem. Ensures tenants accept at least one form of cashless payment at the minimum and all forms at the maximum. The cashless payments manager works with key cashless payment providers and SM business units and ensures programs and campaigns are aligned across all parties for it to be consistent. This person is data-driven and creates plans and programs that are measurable and are based on data analytics. Strategizes and aligns with the business unit head for business development, partnerships management, project management, and creation of presentation materials, contracts, and proposals.
