1. Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
2. Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
3. Register all check-in customers
4. Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
5. Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
6. Maintains a safe and clean environment.
7. Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
9. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
10. May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
11. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
