Job Summary: Manage the day-to-day operations of cash management for assigned clients. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, while providing excellent customer service to clients.
Responsibilities - Day to day transactions processing on deposit and withdrawal functions
- Provide support to queries related to bank accounts, including responding to emails and phone calls.
- Ensure that control processes such as signature verification, appropriate approval levels and callbacks are properly performed before sending the transactions to Operation by cutoff times.
- Manage day to day exception handlings by closely engaging Front Office, Risk Management and Product Management to ensure that they are processed within policy parameters and acceptable risk appetite.
