We are currently seeking a  Full Time Case Manager for our LIHEAP/USF Outreach  program in Newark, NJ.

Job Duties:

• Develops relationships with local social services and public benefit agencies, shelters and faith-based and community-based organizations serving low-income, at risk and homeless families Participates in conferences, workshops, special projects, and staff meetings Helps individuals and families to apply and obtain LIHEAP/USF benefits Provides outreach sessions, visit buildings, agencies and other locations where client can be helped  Manages time and works independently Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree  1 year of related social service experience Valid NJ driver's license Bilingual preferred Visit our we...
