Pay: $20-$26/hr

Job Description

As a Carpentry Technician, you will be involved in a variety of tasks such as upfitting commercial office and warehouse spaces, integrating new structures with existing ones, and repairing and replacing ceilings, flooring, and drywall.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing using metal studs or wood.
• Complete trim work, including crown molding, baseboards, and chair rail installation.
• Install wall fixtures, doors, tiles, cabinets, and safety handrails.
• Address punch list work and ensure finishing and restoration tasks are completed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and materials required for construction.
