Key Responsibilities
Manage daily carpentry operations, workshop production, and site installation works. Plan work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently. Supervise carpenters, subcontractors, and site teams. Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before production. Coordinate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations. Monitor project progress and resolve technical or site issues. Control material usage and minimize wastage. Manage procurement of carpentry materials and hardware. Ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture, fittings, and carpentry works. Conduct staff training and performance evaluation.
