We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join a reputable social housing provider operating across the East Midlands. This role will focus on voids, repairs, and maintenance, helping to bring properties back to a high, lettable standard.This position will involve working across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, delivering a range of carpentry and general maintenance works.

Your new role

Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks

Undertaking a variety of multi-trade duties, including: Patch plastering, Minor plumbing repairs, Basic tiling, Decorating works

Ensuring all work ispleted efficiently and to a high standard

Adhering to all health and safety regulations
