**Carpenter - Doors and Hardware**

We are hiring a Lead Carpenter for a high-profile data center project. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience installing **commercial doors and hardware** who can lead by example on-site.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware
+ Perform finish carpentry, drywall, and install work
+ Read and follow blueprints and layouts
+ Work with hand and power tools safely and efficiently

**What We’re Looking For**

+ 2+ years in commercial construction
+ Strong experience with **doors, frames, and hardware installation**
+ Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
+ Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work on active jobsites

**Nice to Have**

+ OSHA or other safety certifications
