About the Position: The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of tasks in the carpentry and painting trades. Responsibilities Paint, lacquer, and varnish a variety of surfaces, in compliance with established practices and standards. Prepare a variety surfaces for painting by removing debris, rust, and corrosion. Construct, alter, and repair wooden and wood substitute items and structures. Interpret and apply building plans, specifications, blueprints, sketches, and other guides or codes. Install, repair, and texture drywall.
