We are seeking a Caretaker that is responsible for maintaining the property and ensuring its safety, cleanliness, and functionality. This role involves performing basic maintenance tasks, overseeing the property’s condition, and addressing any issues promptly.
Prior experience in caretaking, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and repairs is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical fitness for manual tasks and prolonged standing or walking.
