Our Carer's can offer support to our Clients by :
Providing personal care, including support for daily hygiene routines.Assisting with mobility to ensure safe movement.Offering companionship for emotional well-being.Completing housekeeping tasks if and when required such as laundry and light cleaning.Accompanying clients to activities, appointments and shopping.Managing medication, including collecting prescriptions and offering reminders.Meal preparation and planning to clients’ specific requirements.Embracing opportunities to enrich the lives of our clients.Would you like to really make a difference?
