  • Provide support with university applications, subject selection, and pathways post‑graduation.
  • Organize career talks, fairs, and workshops to raise awareness of opportunities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of local and international higher education systems.
To the Wider Community
  • Communicate and liaise with parents about student well‑being and progress, within confidentiality boundaries.
  • Support and train school staff to help them recognize and manage student mental health and well‑being concerns.
Professional Development
  • Stay informed and compliant with Child Protection policies, liaising with the Designated Safeguarding Lead as required.
