Position Details
SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Superintendent for Career and Technical Education (CTE), and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Career Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting assigned CTE programs, staff and students, implementing the K-12 Career Preparation System and serving as a liaison between the ERESA Career Preparation Center (CPC) and the assigned district(s) for CTE program support, recruitment, enrollment and reporting.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CTE Programs and K-12 Career Preparation System Support:
● Execute K-12 Career Preparation system programs, services, and events effectively.
● Support CTE staff through the CIP Self-Review/TRAC process and Comprehensive Local Needs Assessments to enhance curriculum and student outcomes.
