Purpose of the Role
To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans, promoting independence, dignity, choice, privacy, and wellbeing while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care
Assist individuals with personal hygiene, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Support with mobility and transferring using approved moving and handling techniques.Assist with eating and drinking where required.
