We are a leading Home Care Provider in Ardglen NSW 2338, looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $40 to $50, plus benefits including a car hire allowance, car provided, and training provided.
Job Responsibilities:- Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
- Implementing individualized care plans and goals
- Promoting independence and community participation
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families
Job Requirements:- Fluency in Tamil language
- Experience working with individuals with Autism
- Full Australian driver's license
- Police check clearance
- Car ownership for travel to client homes
