Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Support the recruitment onboarding process for new Care Professionals.
  • Complete inductions, competency checks, spot checks, and observations.
  • Monitor and support completion of training and e-learning.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Care Professionals to promote high standards and confidence.
  • Carry out audits and quality checks relating to care delivery and documentation.
  • Support investigations, incident follow-ups, and compliance actions where needed.
  • Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company policies and CQC standards.
  • Work closely with scheduling and office teams to support consistency of care.
  • Identify additional training and development needs within the team.
  • Help maintain a positive, supportive, and person-centred care culture.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and support care calls when required.
