£12.75 – £13.75 per hour, Full Time or Part Time, 8am – 8pm, flexible Monday – Sunday including alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care, supporting independence and honoring choice.
• Assist residents with companionship, personal care, nutrition and hydration.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour, documenting and reporting changes in accordance with legislation.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both group and individual.
