Summary:

This Care Access Representative position that will support UNC Orthopaedics . It is a Monday–Friday role, scheduled for 8:00 am–4:30 pm. It is a hybrid position, with a combination of onsite work and remote work from home based on departmental needs and expectations.

The primary responsibility for this role will be answering incoming calls, serving as a key point of contact for our patients.
