**Job Summary:**

Reston Hospital Center is seeking Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistants with 1st assist experience to support Northern Virginia’s newest adult cardiothoracic surgery program. The ideal candidate is a certified physician assistant with 2 to 5 years of experience assisting in CT surgery and vein harvests.

**Qualified candidates:**

+ Graduate of an AMA-approved PA program
+ Must be board-certified
+ Ability to obtain a VA medical license, and DEA license
+ 2 to 5 years of experience assisting in CT surgery and vein harvests of experience in CT surgery assist required, minimum 1 year of experience required
+ Strong clinical and communication skills, a team mentality, and innovative
+ Participate in call and helping support the launch of a new program
