Broad scope of adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures Call schedule: 1:3 for nights, weekends, and holidays Dedicated OR block time Primarily inpatient-focused with ½ day of outpatient clinic per week Inpatient and outpatient rounding responsibilities Strong APC support: 4 Surgical APCs (inpatient) 2 Cardiothoracic Surgery APCs (outpatient) Compensation & Benefits:
