Requirements

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Active Oregon license (required at submission)
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• DEA required

Schedule

• 1 week per month minimum coverage required
• Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM: Onsite coverage
  • 5:00 PM 8:00 AM: Beeper call
• Weekend: 24-hour beeper call
