Candidate Fire Engineer

Our client in the Property Development Industry is seeking a Candidate Fire Engineer who will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining fire protection systems in accordance with local and national codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and assessments to determine fire protection needs
• Design and develop fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and suppression systems
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for fire protection systems
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for fire safety measures
