Lead and oversee the full contract lifecycle across all Canadian provinces, including:Intake, assessment, and contract strategy developmentDrafting, redlining, and negotiation of contractsRisk identification, mitigation, and escalationAlignment with legal, compliance, and business stakeholdersContract execution, documentation, and record managementPost-award administration, amendments, renewals, and closeoutEnsure all contracts comply with applicable provincial laws, regulations, and internal policiesServe as the primary escalation point for proposal and contractual mattersDrive standardization and continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and toolsDevelop and implement Canada-specific supplemental processes and procedures to address provincial legal and reg...
